2D or 3D?
Experimenting with different designs, we are still not sure at all, if we should make our game a 2D or 3D game.
One of our latest 2D-experiments is shown down bellow. (The weird placed water is a mystherious substance, but for now its to early to tell you more about it)
Another idea is to make the game look like the latest Zelda-remake for the Nintendo Switch.
A way between 2D and 3D could look like the following picture.
Our last idea is to make it a block-game...
But what do YOU think? Which art-style would fit the best to a game which is about Exploring an immersive procedurally generated open-world, fighting or becoming friends with some monsters and reaching new planets?
